Robert Spagnoletti is a partner at the law firm of Schertler & Onorato LLP, where his practice focuses on criminal, civil and administrative litigation. Mr. Spagnoletti represents companies and individuals in connection with local, federal and internal investigations. A former DC Attorney General and former President of the DC Bar, Mr. Spagnoletti served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1990 to 2003. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and Georgetown University Law Center, and lives in Ward 4.

Office of Government Ethics
Darrin P. Sobin is the Director of the Office of Government Ethics. Mr. Sobin’s office supports the Board investigate alleged ethics laws violations by District government employees and public officials, provides binding ethics advice and conducts mandatory training on the DC Government’s Code of Conduct.
Office of Open Government
Traci L. Hughes is the Director of the Office of Open Government. Ms. Hughes’ office enforces the Open Meetings Act, monitors the District’s Freedom of Information Act compliance and aids agencies with implementing open government practices.
