Orders and Reports

It is the policy of the Office of Government Ethics to publish on the BEGA website, results of investigations of both a public and non-public nature. Non-public dispositions, such as Informal Admonitions, are redacted to remove the respondent’s identifying information in accordance with the Ethics Act. Investigations resulting in public sanctions are posted and include a respondent’s first initial and last name.
