Adoption of final rulemaking to amend Chapter 58 (Registration of Lobbyists), of Title 3 (Elections and Ethics), Section 5800.2 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (“DCMR”) to accurately specify the circumstances under which a person is required to register as a lobbyist in accordance with the requirements set forth in DC Official Code § 1-1162.27(a) of the Ethics Act, which is to require a person to register as a lobbyist under any one of the three listed circumstances, rather than under all three of the listed circumstances. (Emergency and proposed rulemaking published in 60 DCR 28 on June 28, 2013).
