The Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) is an independent agency that administers and enforces the District of Columbia government’s Code of Conduct and the laws that promote an open and transparent District government. BEGA includes two independent offices, the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) and the Office of Open Government (OOG) and a five Member Board.
