EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026: REGISTRATION FEES WILL INCREASE TO $500 FOR REGISTRANTS THAT ARE NOT NON-PROFIT ENTITIES; REGISTRATION FEES WILL INCREASE TO $250 FOR 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) NON-PROFIT REGISTRANTS; LATE FILING FINES WILL INCREASE TO $200 PER DAY, UP TO 60 DAYS ($12,000) THAT A FILING IS LATE.
