Attorney Advisor

This position is established to serve the Ethics Board through the General Counsel and the Director of Government Ethics (the “Director”), and functions as one of the Ethics Board’s legal officers. The Attorney Advisor provides legal advice to the Ethics Board, the General Counsel and the Director, assists with representing the Board and Director in various legal proceedings, and acts as an attorney in the development of new and amended legislation and regulations. The Attorney Advisor serves at the pleasure of the Ethics Board.
