The respondent violated DPM § 1807.1(h) by engaging in outside activity incompatible with his duties as a District government employee when he served in a representative capacity for his non-profit organization during its grant application process before the District of Columbia. Respondent also violated DPM § 1808.1 by using his work email address to send an email regarding a matter with his non-profit organization.
