The Respondent violated D.C. Official Code § 1-1171.02(a)(3) by filing as a candidate for a partisan political office while still employed with the District government. Respondent breached D.C. Official Code § 1-1171.03(a) by sending emails regarding her candidacy during her tour of duty in a government building and violated DPM § 1808.1 by using her District government email for campaign-related matters multiple times.
