Respondent violated DPM § 1807.1(a–b), which governs restrictions on outside employment, by teaching courses for Montgomery College—both virtually and on campus—during her District tour of duty from 2023 to 2026. During this period, she misreported eight hours of regular work, restored leave, sick leave (scheduled and unscheduled), routine telework, bereavement leave, administrative leave with pay, situational telework, and unscheduled restored annual leave on her District timesheet.
