I am a Law Student, starting a Legal Consulting Law Firm, who has filed an "Intent to Recall Mayor Vincent Gray. I have been denied a Legitimate State ID, and Re-Issuance of DC Drivers License.
This State ID is needed to obtain a Bank Account, in order to establish a Committee to Recall,
I was informed by the Office of Campaign Finance, (Mr Wellesly Williams), and the Board of Elections, and Ethics, (Mr. Mc Gann). I suspect wrong doing, or corruption. I would like to address the issue.
