Concealed Pistol Licensing Review Board Meeting
The Concealed Pistol Licensing Review Board (CPLRB) conducts hearings from appeals of denials of an application for a concealed pistol license issued by the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department. During the open sessoin, board members will discuss the proper interpretation of rule 1202.3(f). All hearings conducted by the CPLRB are confidential, and subject to closed session pursuant to DC Code 2-575(b)(1).
