Respondent violated DPM § 1807.1(h) by signing and submitting agreements to a District government agency on behalf of a private childcare business.
Respondent violated D.C. Official Code§ 1-1162.24(a)(l) by failing to timely submit complete financial disclosure statements that should have included his private business and real estate.
Respondent violated DPM § 1807.1.(b) when they assembled items for their outside jewelry business while at work during their tour of duty hours.
