Respondent violated DPM § 1807.1(h) by signing and submitting agreements to a District government agency on behalf of a private childcare business.
Respondent violated D.C. Official Code§ 1-1162.24(a)(l) by failing to timely submit complete financial disclosure statements that should have included his private business and real estate.
Respondent violated DPM § 1807.1.(b) when they assembled items for their outside jewelry business while at work during their tour of duty hours.
Commission meetings are open and members of the public are encouraged to attend the 30 minute public comment period during the start of each meeting.
