(Washington, DC) --  The Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) released today to Mayor Vincent C. Gray and Council Chairman Phil Mendelson, its recommedations on best practices  and a discussion of specific questions the Ethics Act requires to be address.  The report contains also the recommendations of the Office of Open Government to make District Government Operations more transparent and accessible.  Read the full cover letter and report.
