Financial Disclosure Statement - Non-Compliance
The deadline for filing Financial Disclosure Statements was May 15, 2013. For those who are required to file but have not yet done so, please do so immediately. Failure to file could result in fines of up to $5000 and/or publication of your name and your non-compliance status in the District of Columbia Register (BEGA is required by statute to publish the names and compliance status of all Public Financial Disclosure filers and will submit the list for publication on Monday, June 10, 2013).
